Some my say that that is easy, but, in reality it's not that simple, agreed looking at property is the easiest part, but making the final choice on which property is the hard part.
The old fashioned way, you would first have to persuade the estate agent that you are in fact serious, you would need to give him an idea as to how much money you want to spend, then, they would add 10% (or more) on to that price and start offering you properties.
Here you can view our property gallery or do a search.
Viewing a property
Once you have decided which property you like, then the next step is to visit the property, here at Marbella-Properties you can contact the owner directly, you can make an appointment, by making them a serious offer, just because they put a price of €120,000 it doesn't mean to say that they have to have that amount, some my except less and most others will except more.
The legalities
After you have seen the property, the owner may very well offer you a beverage of some kind, so you can sit down and talk to them about what you have seen.
This is a good time talk about:
Area Security
The Community fees
Property Management
Area Taxes
The Title deeds
The Neighbours
Some of these points might be trivial, but in time you will notice the importance that they carry.
